AGS (or Any Given Sunday) League, is a league comprised of members with a deep background in sim football and we want to keep it that way. We are comprised of 5 commisioners, 4 co and one main and let majority votes decide issues.
In game, we stress the importance of sim ball and as such, we are a strictly no switch league. If you want to learn no switch we can help, but if you have no intention of playing simulation football this isn't gonna be the place for you. When we say sim we mean no chese play, aka no receiver should have 3 back to back 9 catch 220 yard 3 TD games. It just doesn't happen.
We are a mature group of core guys that like messing around on our group me but on the forums we expect a level of maturity you'd give to any other league with integrity.
As to some things you can look forward to in the league, we will be hosting a radio show that will run at worst, quarterly or twice in the regular season and twice in the offseason. We will also be looking into guys with writing chops to do things from power rankings, to draft projections, etc. That's not including breakdowns and news reports from the users themselves that keep members entertained each week.
We are a sim league. Yes. We are a league where players want to win. Yes. But most importantly, we just wanted to create a league that's the right blend of every bit of fun that you get from any type of league as that's where you get the guys who want to be in the league for the long haul.
