The game speed is alot slower which is nice, though the ai coding needs work, I know this is just a clip and early build but IMHO this is 2K14 with minor changes here and there on the little things..

Watching the Durant sizzle trailer, the rim and net sound alot better when he dunked the ball, dont know if it was a special effect for the trailer but I think they made the sound better...

I have hope for 2K15, 2nd installment in the new generation, no doubt we get something special

The AI in 2k14 was pretty great, it's just that the online people and those who won't play with sliders didn't get to experience it.

99 offensive and defensive awareness on both sides made the game so much better

The AI was atrocious, spacing, decisions, everything. Opinions I guess.

The fact that you needed to raise the offensive and defensive awareness to 99 should confirm it.

Also not a fan of those extreme slider changes, I don't like every player becoming an elite defender because if you do that everyone from Jose Calderon to Avery Bradley would have 99 defensive awareness, which is far from being realistic.

The global slider boost for on ball and def awareness on next gen was a very poor decision for the reasons you just stated.

Lol, every player doesn't become an elite defender when you do that. It doesn't overwrite the players own awareness rating, it just makes everyone smarter.

There's still a difference between a guy with 50 offensive awareness and a guy with 70, lol.

Why don't you try it and see?

Until I get hands on and prove to myself the animation laden gameplay is gone this doesn't do anything for me.

2K14 was a pretty looking game so slowing down the gameplay and adding animations just doesn't do it for me.

And this isn't meant to be a negative post, this is just a real post. These videos won't/don't make me drool for more 2K.

It does, take a look at the player substitution screen after making the slider changes.

                  Surprise

Look at the gameplay, I don't pay attention to that magical screen that fluctuates ratings every two seconds.

If you want to see for real, try it yourself, but don't tell me that everyone magically becomes elite without seeing it for yourself.

I already tried it and over tried it. But whatever. I hope the AI is smarter this year but I'm not counting on it

Well we have had very different experiences. I could easily see the difference between guys like Patrick Beverly and Jeremy Lin, Jason Smith and Anthony Davis and many many players. Specifically in the areas of finding the open man, and contesting shots

Looks basically the same, whoever thinks the court looks bigger need to get their eyes checked. The Game looked so amazing it's first yr on new consoles that I'm wondering how much more they gonna be able to do, and I'm thinking not much.

But a lot of the people who play the sports games at the conventions are always pretty bad same goes for the WWE2K15 footage as well it was just a guy button mashing
