    Weather

Ok, so we know that the jerseys show the dirt and stuff on them more and more realistically this year. My question is if anyone knows is will the field degradation be like it was in M07 for 360? (I remember the Linc being a mud slide in the pouring rain in that game). Also, during rain, will mud and wet grass be on the jerseys for their part of the wear? It'd be kinda dumb to have it raining, and dry dirt come off. (Maybe someone with the game can check this out)

I think it's a safe bet to go with your gut feeling, I think you know the answer already.

That's the problem. My gut's unsure. lol. It doesn't matter either way, but IF it is true, it'd make it so much better.

        Re: Weather

I doubt they've done anything with weather. It certainly needs a lot of attention. Seeing that blizzard snow video with the Bears pretty much made ne think they did nothing with it for another year, but I guess we'll know 100% for sure soon enough. I think we're at least 99.9% sure right now though.

Honestly that's not high on EA priority list. Im sure possibly down the line they will add it in but they pulled the wool over everyone's eyes for this long so why not a couple more years.

            Re: Weather

Just had a good thought regarding Play Now weather. They need to one of two things. Either implement Madden 01 weather options, OR they need to at least make weather options two pronged. What I mean is, have one option for precipitation (Rain/Snow or not), and one option for temperature, but instead of just hot/cold, it needs to be "early fall", "late fall", "early winter" and "late winter". And the corresponding type weather per location for however the area feels like in that season needs to be portrayed. For example, since I'm a Giants fan.. I can choose clear and late fall, and it'll be sunny and say 50-55 degrees. OR Clear and late winter and it'll be Sunny, but you can see the breath of the players.

In addition, they need to improve the "PARTLY CLOUDY" setting. Instead of looking identical to the "CLEAR" setting, they should alternate quarters w/ "OVERCAST" and "CLEAR". Now THAT would be partly cloudy!

I did notice when playing in the rain that by the 3rd quarter the rained stopped, which I thought was awesome cause In previous maddens it would just rain the whole game

In my CFM I played the Seahawks in Seattle in the rain and their all white jerseys stayed pristine the whole time. I also noticed the jerseys seem to have no dirt at all until around the third or fourth quarter and it hardly seems to matter how they fell or where. Field degradation is hardly noticeable as well. So yeah still a bunch of persistent presentation issues.

I haven't started a CFM yet but in a Play Now game in the rain, the Giants home blue jerseys were showing dirt on them by the second half. Mostly around the shoulder pads.

Seahawks play on a field turf, not grass. There is no dirt to make mud.

So it ISN'T just me that notices zero difference between clear and partly cloudy?

                          Is this a bug perhaps?

                            Seriously? In Madden 15?

I wasn't sure if they played on turf or not, but still in pouring down rain I'd expect some form of grime on the uniforms. It seems like the rain effects the jersey looks somewhat but I've only noticed the cowboys away pants get shinier.
