While I also expect the sports game to be unlimited during the early access period, I think pointing at the higher price of EA Access and claiming that automatically means the early access period must be unlimited as well is overlooking the fact that EA Access offers other benefits that Season Ticket does not, namely the free games in the Vault and a 10% discount on the digital release of the full game.

Good point. I should have taken that into account. While I also expect the sports game to be unlimited during the early access period, I think pointing at the higher price of EA Access and claiming that automatically means the early access period must be unlimited as well is overlooking the fact that EA Access offers other benefits that Season Ticket does not, namely the free games in the Vault and a 10% discount on the digital release of the full game.Comment

Yeah me too.
Season Ticket started at 6pm Friday and ended at 6AM Tuesday.
So I wonder will it be released at 6pm Wednesday? I'm hoping...Comment

So will this be the full game and we can play it unlimited or is it crippled and/or a time limit? Anyone confirmed yet?Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
Since the early release last year was 3 days, and it came out on Friday, I think it would be safe to assume that the EA Access release will be on Wednesday. We're talking about 3 days early last year compared to 5 days early this year, so the difference is 2 days, which is why I think Wednesday is the best chance for it to come out.
Hope this clears some things upComment

EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
Wonder why EA won't just put everyone to rest and just answer 2 of the most unanswered questions
1. When/What time will it be available for download
2. Will it be the Full game/Timed?
Times like this is when I hate I buy EA products. Why is everything so damn secretive. Hell you already have our money/those who bought the EA access
Glad I only paid the $5 just in case EA is pulling another fast oneLast edited by Flightwhite24; 08-16-2014, 09:06 PM.The poster formerly know as "FLIGHTWHITE"Comment

Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
so is it confirmed that the $4.99 for one month will get you the ability to play Madden 15 for an unlimited amount of time 5 days before release? Or is it timed if you don't get the entire year subscription?

] in which you had an almost completely unlocked game with no time limits on it for sports games. To handle that differently in this case would almost guarantee failure going forward based on the precedent set by Season Ticket coupled with the fact that it's more expensive.
