Uh, broken means it doesn't work correctly. These simulated stats aren't simulating the NFL correctly, which means simming doesn't work correctly, which means it's essentially broken.

It's like getting in a car and having the fuel gauge not work. "It's not broken, it's just inaccurate!" Yep, makes sense man.
