How to make NBA 2K14 association more challenging?

I feel like every team i rebuild turns into a super team. I did a sim association with the Jazz for 12 years. First five years i got to the playoffs 4 times and had a finals appearance. next 7 years I've made the finals every year and won 6 rings. Its too easy to get good guys in the draft. I done even sign players(aside from role players), i only do realistic trades. Whats a way to make this mode more fun? Also this happens with every team. I do play with roles on. Also, when i play association games the same thing happens in drafts.

Take the spurs or the mavs and go win one more championship then start to rebuild but you cant trade Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Tim Duncan or Kawhi Leonard for the spurs. and you cant trade Monta Ellis or
Dirk Nowitzki for the mavs. You also cant trade your first round picks unless for an other 1st round in the trade.and you have to this before duncan or nowitzki retire

Here's my rule set for making the game a bit more challenging:

1. Only 1 for 1 trades
2. Can accept trade offers from CPU
3. Team has to be profitable
4. Can't go over luxury tax
5. No training camps or any other attribute boosting
6. Can't sign top free agents

Copy:your first round picks unless for an other 1st round in the trade.and you have to this before duncan or nowitzki retire
