All these ebay posts but none say they have it in hand and it says by the 26th. Think I'm just gonna wait it out till friday and go to my store and pick it up

Yeah, I did the same. I'm working from home Friday so I'll be around mail man usually get here around 3 in the afternoon. If this doesn't come through I will be taking a drive tomorrow afternoon after the mail comes.

I'm not sure if it's mandatory, but typically in my experience they want someone to sign for it. I've gotten away with sticking a note on the door that says they have my written permission to leave the package at my doorstep... I usually state the exact information about that parcel and hand sign it, too. Not sure if that makes any difference or not. I've moved since having to do that and was on better terms with my old mail carrier so maybe he was just doing that as a favor.

Not sure I put my eBay name anywhere or where he wanted it? Hopefully that doesn't cancel my order.

Was gonna say I've left notes with my signature in past for fed-ex, never had a problem, not sure about USPS though

We'll see.... It's definitely a gamble, but seeing a seller with 86k+ in feedback gives me some optimism.

As far as the mandatory signature, I'm not sure. I know we have stuff delivered all the time that's not signed for. It could be different with overnight shipping. I'll see if I can contact USPS and either waive that or see if I can sign for it online, leave a note or whatever once I get a tracking number.

I agree. I just don't understand why people would pay even $5 more than retail (let alone $40 - $100 more) for a game that will be out in 6 days anyway. 6 days goes really fast.

Man, when you get to be my age (47), you want the days to go by as slow as possible because you don't have that many days left!

They either:

1) Have someone who promised they'd get it in Thursday, so they'll overnight it for people to get Friday (not too bad)

2) Don't have it, and won't get until Friday or Saturday, and they'll blame any delay on shipping.
