Leave the personal stuff out.

In general, this is what we as a site are incredibly good at, and there are probably a lot of frustrated heated people on the boards. This is exactly where we implement zero tolerance. Compare notes, look for fixes, but don't bash EA and don't bash people's habits in this thread.

Hopefully they don't resolve the problem until late tomorrow and then to make up for it they give us access for the remaining 3 full days

It's probably much too late to change how the program works. IF anything, I would think they might throw gamers a free mut pack or something.

But honestly...I dunno. I'm not bothered by it. We were only promised 6 hours over the course of these 5 days, so as long as we get the 6 hours I don't really think they owe us anything. It would be different if it was touted as unlimited, 5-day access...but 6 hours will happen between now & then, no worries.

The trial system is something Microsoft added to the Xbox One in a somewhat recent update. And since EA just said Microsoft is working on it, it makes it pretty obvious that its not EA. Keep in mind it is the first game ever to be pre purchasable on the Xbox One.

Well, regardless of who's fault it actually is it's an EA product and if they can allow extra time or something, they definitely should.

If it's Microsoft's fault, then in theory they could go to them for costs associated etc.

For what purpose though? How many are going to not be able to finish their 6 hours of trial time if they end up fixing it sometime this evening?

It would be great I just don't see it happening or feel like they are obligated to do so.

The NHL situation is a disaster. This is far from it. Like someone just said you will get your six hours of playtime.
