Problem with Simulated Stats?

Anyone else get irked by the basic stuff that could make the game so much better, I've always wondered why they never cared to fix these things. Its been a problem since who knows how long can improve the game so much.

Sim 3 seasons, nobody has a qb rating over 95 yet, no one has over 4000 pass yards, and no one has thrown over 30 TDs. Do they not see that the stats have always been off in almost every madden? I mean when they sim a season im assuming they just look over it for whatever reason? They always say they help us franchise players out it just frustrates me.

One guy breaks the sack record every year.
5 players get more than 7 interceptions
Receiving yards are way off for WRs
Running QBs never get more than 1 TD average about 3 ypg avg carry.
