Looks rather flawed to me. Jersey color too pink, pants color too faded.
Of course, that may be pre-patch, but I've gotten no confirmation from anyone on that. The pic on the top right is as of 8/22/14, so if the early access guys have gotten the patch then there are still some color issues with specific team uniforms. (supposedly these uniforms were to be fixed in a patch, along with the Panthers and I believe the Patriots)

Ok, I just played a 4pm home game, clear skies. The pants DID look more like your color correction (still a reflective quality, though) but I received no special patch or anything. The jersey's seemed to pop more, as well.
So ultimately, I just don't know what's going on. Perhaps more than any Madden in recent history, it all comes down to the lighting...needs more testing, but I'm trying to stretch out my 6 hours.
It looked noticeably better in this game than it did yesterday, though. Yesterday was a 1pm sunny day. And it does look better than M25.
Edit: it just occurred to me...hasn't EA snuck uniform fixes into roster updates in the past? We got a new roster update today....maybe that's why the pants & jersey look better? We need a Pats fan & Panthers fan to chime in on theirs.
