ultimate edition packs, not sure it reedemed

Ok so i bought the ultimate edition as well as the guide that comes with 6 packs that says 2 packs get unlocked immediately. After redeeming both the code in the ultimate edition case and the guide i only got two packs, one being a draft day one and not sure about the other. What im asking is if anyone bought both, what happened after yall redeemed your codes.

Happened to me too. Just got it and only got one pack and it the was the draft pack... what the heck.

You only get 3 packs per week though. Maybe they will come later today after stores open for the pro packs.

That's weird, I went to the midnight release last night and got the Ultimate Edition. I scanned my code using Kinect (X1) and it took it. It said thanks for redeeming the ultimate edition, I booted up the game and I got my 3 packs, plus the pro packs.

Like the above poster said, you only get 3 packs per week. So next week we'll get another 3.

When I entered my code directly through the playstation store, it said I redeemed the code but my packs weren't available. I then tried entering the code through the redeem promotion link in MUT and my packs were then available.

I tried entering my code from the Ultimate Version on my computer, and got an error message. Tried again from in-game, said the code was already redeemed. Now I'm seeing a section in MUT that says "Temporary Pre Order Issue", and it says "We have temporarily suspended PS4 pre-order fulfillment while we work to resolve an issue with the rewards"


Hope so, or my 30 packs over 10 weeks are shot.

I talked to an EA rep today and they said between today and tomorrow they will fix this problem. Said lots of people are experiencing this.

now i just bought packs and they arent showing up! what the heck this needs to get fix now. Also it mentions now that they are trying to resolve my preorder issue

I got my Madden bundle from Xbox today and I put the code in. It said it received the code successfully but the game didn't download or go to my queue. I went to Madden 15 in the store and only option there is to buy it.

I'm relatively new with my xbox one is there something I could be missing. I also spoke with EA and they just said wait for an update but it seems like everyone else at least is able to play the game?

I just booted the game now, went to MUT, and it said code accepted, you get 31 packs, 3 per week........... I didn't put a code in now, I put it in about 7 hours ago. Maybe it's fixed.
