Tired to log into Ultimate team and it says my Account has been suspended. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Update:
Got off the phone with EA. They stated that I exploited the PreOrder Bonus. Have no idea what I did wrong. I see some people on Twitter with the same issues. Contact EA.
