The other thing I am noticing is, that in coach mode, when you are on defense, your player your on does not seem to react to the play. IE, if you are a dlineman, he will just dance with the olineman if the [play comes your way.

Franchise SIM is dead. Find your favorite iterations and play it forever. Card games are whats "now" and games will cater in that direction and forget realism.
