So Called "Sweet Spot" for Owner Prices in CCM?

So, I'm about 6 weeks into my Lions franchise, lost my first game but won the next 5. I've been messing with prices as my financial advisor keeps asking me to hit the "sweet spot" on Hamburger prices, and I'm not really sure what that is. I know the "sweet spot" exists for everything else and EA talked about it in their blog before the game came out.

So, the average for a Hamburger is $6. I tried $5, and apparently that's not the sweet spot, but a "good value". I tried $8, and that's now a "bad value". $7 is "decent value", but I'm still told to maximize it.

Has anyone figured out "sweet spot" pricing as an owner in CCM?

I think it varies by team. If you're in a bigger city, with a better team, and great fan base, they will be willing to pay more for everything. If you stink, and no one comes to watch you, then those people will feel robbed if you're charging 8$ for a water.

I always assumed it was just the highest "good value" stat. The "good value" ceiling goes up the better your team does.

Hmm, you might be right about that. I'm definitely going to try that out, thanks!

Interesting. Can anyone else confirm "good value" is the optimal term?

So I'm going to do/did some slight testing, 10-1 with another Lions franchise I just started...basically, all of my prices are regarded as "Good Value" right now ($1 below average prices for concessions or one below the average setting for jerseys, etc.)

I set everything back to average prices and I tried simming a week in advance...I made a good profit of $6.30 million (Lions not that big of a market), but noticed some things went into "Decent Value" and some went into bad value. So, I'm going to do more testing...don't know if "Good Value" is really the threshold, but as the poster above me said, the limit might increase the better your team does.

Did you win the SIM? If you did and it still went down to Decent Value - did you notice if your Team Success dropped (maybe someone close to you also won and jumped you).
