For Auto Subs in/out, I think they do work but it's kinda a weird way to apply it into CFM

I remember reading it from a Madden 25 slider post

To adjust your Sub in/out sliders:

You go to the settings when your first open up the game (Not loaded into CFM)
Adjust as needed then save it
Then when you load into your CFM or create new, I believe you go to Auto sub in/out and default it, and it should follow the setting you set it at outside of CFM

Don't take my word for it but thats how I remember Madden 25 auto subs working
