I'm too lazy to change the traits and stuff. I altered the defensive sliders significantly. Lowered CPU Run and Pass Blocking by 5. CPU Accuracy to 1. Upped Pass Coverage and Reaction time both by 10.
Result: In a game against the Patriots (86 overall), I (85 overall) lost 32-29. Held them to nine field goals haha. Most of that was just turnovers and my defense bending and not breaking. Brady went like 26/42 with 350 yards. Though he diced me up, most of it was big plays on mismatched man coverage. He had several throws that weren't very Brady-like, yet it evened out everything. Running wise, I stuffed them very efficiently only giving up 60 yards.
