That doesnt mean anything. EA can put this is the greatest sports game ever on the cover doesnt make it true. "Highest rated Madden ever" based on what scale ? who rated it the highest ever ? You cant answer those questions and neither can EA. They likely took a favorable review from one particular critic/reviewer and slapped that on the box.
