    Progressive lighting?

Is there progressive lighting in this game or not? Some people say there is, some say there isnt. Which is it?

There is, and if think it's awesome!! Some don't think so however...a lot of people DON't think the lighting is bright enough. IMO, it's just great!!

Ive been complaining about this since Madden 09'. Although they have improved certain aspects of lighting and field degradation, progressive lighting is STILL FAR TOO SUBTLE. Primary example is the 4pm Kickoff games should have the sun already set and the flood lights on by ATLEAST the 4th Qt.

Kudos to EA for including a very slight progressive lighting, but no where near enough. Tiburon needs to take a long hard look at how MLB The Show 14' does PROGRESSIVE LIGHTING. They absolutely nailed it.

I'm playing a Raiders season, and I get a big progressive lighting shadow on punts, kickoffs and field goals during aft. games, but it disappears during gameplay. Weird stuff. Was the same in M25 too on Xbox1. No big deal, just thought it weird. I do think the lighting is kind of dull, and the progressive lighting is off at least for some stadiums. Plus field degradation seems a little off as well, but again, no big deal, but M25 on 360 I thought had more realistic field degradation. Just my opinion.

Man, to me it becomes evening by the end of the game without a doubt. It is solid in my opinion. At least the progressiveness of it. I don't think they got the white light reflections right, though, particularly on the 49ers helmets (which reflect a yellow-gold blob in white stadium light, not clear white light silhouettes).

            Re: Progressive lighting?

Progressive lighting is broken. As an example, play at AT&T Stadium, set it to 1pm, open roof, 5 min quarters. Play all 4 quarters and watch the lighting pattern never move, and the pattern is wrong to begin with. Broken. And this happens in other places, too.

In some stadiums the progression is out of sequence. While playing at BofA, I noticed that the shadows moved back and forth for half a quarter, then in the 4th quarter the shadows overcasted.

Also, the lighting is way too dull during 1pm clear sky games.

            Lighting needs to be patched.
