I can't complain with this. Even if we can only use NHL players. Still will add replay value to the game for me. Faith restored EA, thank you.

Agreed 100%. Canuksss reply is the only way to deal with NHL 15. I promise they will drop the price within 2 months to make up for the bad publicity. Same thing happened with UFC. But what you have to do is not buy the game period. Ea's credit is all tied into games sold. Of you buy it for any price, they win. But everyone who feels ripped off does not buy, the game will be a huge failure and one of two things will happen. Are these going to be included as well?
No the solution is totally not buy this product even at $30. Let EA suffer the consequence of their negligence. Let EA know that consumers still has the power and edge in this gaming enviorment. Remember MS was forcing gamers to pay X1 with cam resulting to a higher price as compared to PS4, DRM games etc. When they heard all the objection, they changed their approach.
Let us show EA who is the SOURCE OF THEIR INCOME and SUCCESS....US CONSUMERS. Don't buy product that is incomplete and companies relying on Patches/Tuner to put the features that are supposed to be there right out of the box. Don't buy product where producers when being asked keep dodging the meaty questions and refuse to answer to pertinent questions.
1. Ea sees the error of their ways and puts out a fully fleshed out game next year.
2. Or the game sells so bad that EA does not see value in making another game and a studio in the mold of HB studios takes over NHL hockey and works with the fans to come up with a full fleshed out that game the people want and is worth $60.Comment

Re: NHL 15 Post-Launch Content Update
If it actually happens without breaking something else/happens at all. I don't think these guys should be commended for attempting to make this a proper release some months after the fact, especially when they turn around and use it for an excuse next year.
I think what we can take from Rammer's ignoring of certain questions is that the answer to them is likely not whatever answer the asker was looking to hear. Would love to be proven wrong.Comment

he only answer the question where he had a definite answer. I think the other things he omitted was because he wasn't sure and didn't want to lie. You guys have been way to hard on him.If it actually happens without breaking something else/happens at all. i was hesitant do cancel my pre-order... but i was fairly confident that EA wold include some features in a title update. I know some fans are upset about EASHL not being in the XB1/ps4 versions. but i havent played that feature (yet). the only things im still kinda bummed about is not playing AHL games and edit/create players. any word on if they will come in a update?Comment

Not like preorders are discounted or anything.
Better to cancel, see what they patch and then purchase if you like what you see.Comment

Re: NHL 15 Post-Launch Content Update
I was glad to see that edit player will be in an update just not sure when....however his answer on Offline Season Mode gives me little hope for that. The question asked if it would be in an update or not until NHL16 and he said he is not sure when it would be back in the game but realizes it is important.......that is vague so Im guessing we wont see that until NHL 16.Comment

Re: NHL 15 Post-Launch Content Update
Took me to the last minute...mainly a Be a GM player, but hearing how stripped it is has me scared. I'll wait for full reviews/details/patches before diving in.
Hockey doesn't start for another month anyways. I'll play Destiny while I wait.careful with that axe, eugene...Comment

Re: NHL 15 Post-Launch Content Update
Yeah, most places (including Amazon) don't allow any video game returns, so there really is a risk to just "Going for it" and hoping they patch stuff.
Much better to just wait and buy later if they do patch it. By then they'll be deals on new and certainly used versions. A complete win-win either way.Comment
