After watching redzone all day yesterday Donnie Moore needs to lower all defensive players (minus the stars) tackle by 20 at least.

The amount of times I saw defenders go for the strip instead of wrapping up was crazy.

That and the abundance of hopeless arm tackles.

Couple things I noticed needs a fix:

*Aaron Rodgers helmet (no matter which one you attribute to him, his head is too large for all of them...he just looks weird - the helmet should be larger than his head & in the game this is not true...it just looks odd and needs a touch-up)

This x1000. I mention it pages ago, but it looks like his face is about to bust out of his facemask. Helmet size is fine (please don't make him a bobblehead like Randall Cobb, ugh). Just make his face smaller.


He also needs smaller shoulder pads. They have him looking like Frankenstein. I hate when you edit pads as small as it goes they're still pretty dang big.

I thought the tuners and such recently did something, but now I think I'm just getting better and am ready for online competition.

One thing I have noticed more and more, especially in the player lock camera, is that the physics are a lot tighter in this year's edition in a good way. Gang tackling may not be in, but it does look pretty good when 3 more defenders come in and hit the ball carrier who is already wrapped up by another defender.

I also have never had so much fun with lineplay. I played an entire season in NCAA with player lock as a DE once and that was fun. With how improved the lineplay is, I only have been player locking with the DE's so far and I don't know if I could go back to NCAA even with the college football season making me really anxious to. The lineplay in 15 is so much better than EA has ever had in a video game. Each play really feels like a real battle and just causing a rushed throw feels amazing.

This 100X's. Totally has changed the way I play Madden on defense. Game changer, and IMO the best new feature Madden has ever had. And although NCAA has had it...the line play has never ever been this realistic and engaging in a console football game before it.

Well the AI hasn't improved a lick but I guess that was always wishful thinking. It's still incredible to me how ratings mean nothing year after year. I'm tired of Ish Kitchen destroying Maurkice Pouncey on every play, and I've only played 1 game. I'm gonna try some sliders and see if it helps but I was just hoping it would play well out of the box.

I sure wish there was a game day feature with live rosters.

I am getting ready to fire up madden with this Lions v. Giants matchup and just wish it was the way it is in other games with both of tonight's games "spotlighted".

And yeah...if only penalties worked...

I am having a pretty fun time with this game and feel like it's one of the best maddens. Always the hope of a patch tightening things up.

Every coaches dream for their defensive backs to tackle like they do in Madden, all of them hit like Ray Lewis, lol.

I got the PS3 version not realizing it was missing a lot of the new features. So I traded an iPod touch, PS3 and my PS3 copy of Madden 15 in for a PS4 and the PS4 version. Glad I did. I seem to notice something new every day. You can import your PS3 MUT team too, but not the coins and contracts. I have an iPad so the coaches glass is just info overload for now but I might make it help in online games to analyze my opponents. Worse part, IMO, is lack of penalties and adjustments don't seem to impact them.

Ok, I've been on here recently talking about how Madden's coded for CPU A.I. advantage? Well, perfect examples right here. Special Teams blocking, yes we've been asking for a fix for years.. but I just saw how different it really is for the CPU and user. The CPU A.I. DEFINITELY has better blocking, and more sustainable blocking on KO's and Punts. ALSO, a complaint for a long time, talking about flat footed DB's not chasing the CPU QB when he scrambles.... well, tonight I put in my 2nd string QB, (a little more mobile), and when I tried to scramble? BOOM I mean IMMEDIATELY the CPU A.I. rushed him and didn't let him get anywhere. I'm serious about this. It takes 3-4 seconds to get your guys to rush a CPU QB when he scrambles.. but the CPU A.I. rushes your QB the INSTANT you press R2. It's crazy. (But honestly, I've noticed even when running the ball when you press R2, the defense seems to shed their blocks and rush the RB too so maybe it's just coded that when you try and sprint, the CPU can get you easier; kinda dumb, but whatevs).

I dont get the kicking meter, seems like as long as you stay in the green the ball will go strait. For example if I push to the left or right but remain in the green the ball just goes strait, which is kinda pointless to me.

Did Chicago go to field turf? I played 4 12 min qtrs, & not a spec of dirt or grass stain on unis...either team. looked like a layer or lighting bug (issue). maybe.

So had something kinda cool happen to me. I was playing a game of Madden I think it was Friday and it froze on me after a TD. Game froze and locked up couldnt do anything. So I exited out the game and turned the system off. Well today I finally booted the game back up and what do you know it created a save point after the TD and I resumed the game. I know this feature exist in Madden and within the Xbox One but I just didnt expect it after the game froze up on me.

yeah, if you ever had to leave a game of madden, and you shut down in progress, it'll do the same thing as well.

I will say screen blocking needs to improve. When the CPU does screens on me, I have to fight my hardest to get to the RB, while when I do screens, my blockers run up field immediately leaving my RB to get tackled immediately or shortly after, ALSO, if they dont run upfield right away, they still leave the Defense alone and let them through. I've had too many times where I've had blockers around the RB that aren't aware of where the defense is and they just let the D through because of it. On this point, I've also seen way too many times where my O-Line just blows blocks and are oblivious in blocking for my QB, while the CPU QB sometimes literally has 15 seconds to throw because I just can't break free from the blockers to get him. Crazy really.

I just played a few preseason games in year 2 of my CFM and I noticed that all of the rookies are wearing a revo facemask. I know it's a small thing but it does bug me a little bit/
