Re: NHL 15 Q&A
Anyone play a game at Columbus yet? I played there once offline and didn't get the real footage of the city flyover during the pregame.
Just wondering if it was a one time thing or if they just didn't feel as though Cbus was worthy of shooting b-role for ha.Comment

Re: NHL 15 Q&A
So I found if you move multiple players at once from NHL to AHL in the roster edits section, some of the players may not show up when you start up GM mode. I wonder if it has to do with affiliation. Im thinking it will affiliate one player but not all. I now move player at a time to avoid this.
I still dont see my created players showing up in GM mode... any help would be appreciated.
FInally... any work around for creat a player, play-by-play name? I notice that 'none' does not existComment

Re: NHL 15 Q&A
So I found if you create a player, they dont necessarily go to the team you assign them.
I created Joel Armia and assigned him to Rochester and he showed up in the NYR farm team in BeaGM.
After more testing, I found created players rights belong to random NHL teams in BeaGM.
Also, if you create a player, after your done creating, if you go back to edit the player, it would create a duplicate in BeaGM. So every Time you edit a created player, another duplicate is createdLast edited by RefMixture; 09-11-2014, 04:43 PM.Comment

Re: NHL 15 Q&A
Hold R1 and use the shoot stick (right stick) if you want a loft dump. The longer you hold the two the higher it goes.Comment

Re: NHL 15 Q&A
It depends on what the other centerman uses for a grip. usually if you hold backhand with the left stick before the puck is dropped you can win a good amount of faceoffs against the cpu this is from 11, but the faceoffs haven't changed.

Re: NHL 15 Q&A
Depends on who you ask, but I have found that depending on your play style you will see more or less calls with increased sliders for penalties.
A lot of people are hardly seeing any penalties and some are seeing a few.
If you set up on offense and work the puck around and get the computer chasing they will take some penalties. It also makes a difference on how long of a period you intend on playing. Obviously the longer you play the more chances for a penalty to occur and be called. It also probably ties into fatigue somewhat.
In my overall experience with the game I have found the combined penalty totals to be under the real life NHL average per game. I play on 7-8 minute periods with maxed out penalty sliders though, if that helps.Comment
