Anyone interested in a Franchise/Dynasty Logger?

    Hey all,

Back ~2008, there was a website called Dynasty Central or Dynasty Manager that used to allow people to track their dynasties for various sports games (2k, Madden, etc) but apparently it was shut down a while back. I started building a suitable replacement, but was recently forced to halt the project due to school. However, a resurgence in interest for the project piqued recently and I want to get back to it, but had a question for you guys...

Would you even find it useful or use it?

I have part of the application working (specifically, creating skins/templates/themes/whatever you want to call it), but don't want to expose my server at the moment. However, I've uploaded the static 'design' pages for an idea of how the back-end would work. There is no 'front end' (public side) yet, because I haven't gotten around to going that far.

Here is a link to the Skin Designer section:
My Illinois State serves as the main portal for Illinois State University students, faculty, and staff. Gain access to University resources, Canvas, grades, and more.

The reason I'm linking to both is because I can't guarantee that there won't be dead links or incompatibilities jumping from one tool to the other.

Regardless, if there's enough interest - i.e. willing participants/users, I'll continue on with the project (plus, it'll look nice on my resume for when I graduate in December) and release something for NBA 2K15.

*I do not play/watch baseball or football, so those requests would be for way down the line. Basketball is the only sport other than tennis that I watch obsessively. And there is no good tennis game on the market, so...*

I would use it, for sure!

I didn't like Dynasty Nation as much. I just want a simple tool to log league history when I simulate years in MyLEAGUE.

What do you mean by that? What's bad about DynastyNation in that regard?

Well, in my opinion, it's a really good tool for storyline dynasties, like MyGm types? I'd rather just log league history. Who was the best this year in scoring, who made the All Star game, etc. Right now I do it on pen and paper, but that's not as easy as a log program would be.
