The only WR sweeps in the game are End Arounds. Pretty much a jet, but it always uses the RB to crack a block/fake a run. There are 2 in the Pats playbook i use for Edelman, but trust me, it's not as easy to catch Madden off guard because it's not as easy to bite it. In real life it works so fast because he's so much faster than everyone else but madden kinda ruins that aspect.

I think it's in one of the Ace forms.. I know there is a Sweep fake HB Iso type play but I also think the Harvin Quick Sweep is there too

It's in the play book, and it is a jet sweep, pretty close to what they run irl. Not sure exactly what formation it's in, as I'm at work now. But, it is there.

Thanks guys... If anyone knows exactly where it's at, please let me know because I'm having a rough time finding it. It's also a bummer that I can't line Percy up in the back field, unless I just can't figure that out either. Seems like Madden is too restrictive on what they let you do on offense.

You can't line him up in the backfield though...I run into the same issue with Tavon Austin on my Rams...back in the day this was possible with formation subs, not anymore people abused this feature and had people unrealistic positions and it made good good CHEESE online!

Select the play by using concept. It's much easier to find it that way.

I know for the Rams' playbook the Jet Sweep is in the 5 WR Trio formation set. I use the Jet Sweep by manually using the substitutions tab and putting Tavon Austin in the correct position to receive the ball. As one poster mentioned, it's not easy to bust open a play with it. I've only had one somewhat big play with it, with a 32 yard gain by Austin, and he has 96 speed and 97 acceleration. This was using 0 min speed player threshold on normal speed, for what it's worth, and my own tweaked version of Armor and Sword's All-Pro slider set.

There's usually a wide open gap you'll see once you get to the other side of the field, but once you begin cutting it up into that gap, a defender is on you quickly. I find the only time where it works is when my blocking is perfect, and I may be just quick enough to beat one defender around the edge and down the field. More often than not for me though, it's been short gains. I was thinking maybe if I passed more out of the set to set up the Jet Sweep on say, a 3rd & 6, it may work better. I haven't tried that though, and I'm a bit skeptical on that even making a difference.

I really do wish I could put Tavon Austin in the backfield sometimes. The guy, just like in real life, needs to get more touches all-around.

EA needs to open things up. Whether people use it to cheese online is not really a reason to eliminate the ability to putting players where we want them. I should be able to put Harvin in the backfield. If I want to play as Houston and put JJ Watt at TE, I should be able to... Just like in real life.

It's kind of frustrating. Oh well, thanks for the help everyone.

Yup, they sure did, remember Michael Vick at HB and Randy Moss as a Corner and PR/KR? They were unstoppable! Funny how Madden predicts the future in the NFL, Belicheck with WR at CB, Andy Reid and Chip Kelly with DeSean Jackson in the backfield, Vikings as well with Patterson backfield. Cheese indeed.

there is a package to use A DE as TE in the goaline formation ok offense. So you can get Watt in there at least. Sucks though not having a WR in backfield, I'm a Viking fan and so I've seen it first hand. Madden needs to allow some packages or allow us to make custom packages to do it our own.

I've had the Harvin play used against me. It's in an Ace formation, called Quick Sweep or something. Its a fast motion and he immediately gets the handoff, I got gutted by it because I was blitzing and there was no safety help on the other side.
