I tried changing the QB's trait to paranoid, it makes a huge difference. Fewer sacks, because they get rid of the ball sooner and scramble more. It also helps with some dropped passes, or incomplete passes, because they are throwing before the receivers are ready.

Still need to get more dropped balls though. But now the game is a little better.
