    Adjustments & Finetuning Options
There are certain options that make a difference in gameplay. Use these to finetune the overall skating speed and style of play. Test different kinds of combinations, have certain sliders for what their intented to be for and use as many of these options to adjust the overall skating speed.

    Tuner
    1.00- laggy
    1.01- better skating
    latest- faster

    Game Style
    Hardcore- normal
    Simulation- faster
    arcade- easy to score

    Attribute Effect
adjust for hitting/checking physics/more realistic gameplay.
    6- bump and grind/some hits/better hitting physics
    5- good hitting physics
4- a little too much hitting
    3- hitting too much

    Team Systems
    http://www.operationsports.com/forums/ea-sports-nhl/769252-cycloniacs-authentic-teamsystems.html

    The Overall Skating Speed
If its too fast players fall over each other, you skate circles around cpu players, too many hits/tackling. If its too slow, theres no pace, cant transition your pivots fast enough. Keep gamespeed and acceleration the same and adjust overall speed with any/all of these sliders/or ones above. The overall speed is different then gamespeed. Gamespeed is how fast the cpu players make plays/the action is, etc. The Overall speed is about the skating.

    Puck Control

    0- faster
    1/2/3- slower

    Injury
    0- slower
    1/2/3-faster

    Post whistle rules
    authentic- normal
    relaxed/anything goes- faster

These sliders work really well with the True Broadcast Cam. I am up to 6 games now playing with them and I am really having a blast. The only change I did was to bump up the fatigue recovery sliders to 4 for human and 3 for cpu. Thats the best combination I found to get realistic average ice time for both teams. thanks for sharing this Robinson :-)

To bad EA had to impose the new tuner. I felt I had the perfect slider for TBC until now. Its just not as fun anymore with the new tuner. Goalies are now unbeatable on breakaway and I am almost not able to get one time chance anymore and when I do, 9,9 times out of 10 it ends up in the goalies glove. Have you manage any change with the new tuner?

I played a game with these last night in my oilers gm. I lost to Boston in overtime. They seemed to be pretty good. I played on TBC. Saw a lot of puck bouncing and tough for certain guys to grab the puck once it was dumped in. Also saw a lot of passes glancing off sticks and a lot of guys losing the puck while trying to split the defence. Overall played pretty good.

          Thanks for sharing your info/comments.

To me it looks like this update is a patch and not a tuner set. (People still see 1.00/latest not 1.01/1.02) Even though there are some gameplay noticeables. I am guessing that if there are 'tuner set' type adjustments in these 'updates' they are in the patch category, so, we cannot go into the settings and use an earlier patch like we can with the tuner sets...

These are my original sliders, with a few adjustments from The Slider Set That Sparkles guys, then a couple tweaks to get this patch playing better.

Umm... It says 3 for fighting under Rules... The slider only goes up to 2...

Same with Penalties. You say 6 and the slider only goes to 4

Thanks man. A lot of them are 6 for max... that's why I had that. Just updated it. What do you think about these sliders.

Our sliders are similar to the 'Sliders that Sparkle guys'. We had our sliders, saw theirs and a lot was same. Tried some of theirs and combined slider sets with some tweaks & have these now.

My only issue before I even try these is your shot power. Isn't it low? Or could you explain why you have it where it is?

I played some games with your sliders as well. Here is what I like, manual pass off, and hit power at 0. Here is what I didn't like about them. I won 9-1 as Buffalo over Toronto. I was beating Bernier with wrist shots from the blue line. 3 of them to be exact. I'm ok with 1 once and a while. But I found it too easy to score. But everything else plays good for a slower style game. But I am with Mayhem, I think between him and I we can get this game where it needs to be. But like I said. I like where your head is at with manual passing off and hit power at 0. I don't think I'll be able to convince Mayhem of those though haha. So they are things I'll just have to adjust myself.

Getting a good pace at speed 1.

I'm going to have to give these a try. I'm getting too frustrated with mine and mayhems sliders.

What things were you not liking... Is it that shooting thing you were talking about, auto /manuel.

I want to have intense play, and make cpu tuff but not fake/majic tricks in shooting. I tested above 3 for diff & lower other stuff but it seemed too much magic cpu.

What ways you think we could do this.

Whenever I go up by a goal. I can't get out of my end. I understand if I'm up by 1 late in the 3rd. But up by 1 only 5 minutes into the game and the CPU is on me like there is 17 seconds left (see what I did there) in the stanley cup finals.

I'm going to try your sliders and also revisit my own and see what I can do. I really like shot power at 4 with manual passing off.
