like they did on nba 2k11 and nba 2k13.
I know people want to see much more of this. Because of that I would rather you see more video to determine if it is enough and consistent enough for you as a fan to be satisfied.

And then you let us know if you see any improvement and how much more you would like to see.

I agree, Is there way to tone down help defense? I still haven't found a way to do it on XB1. I remember being able to adjust it on the 360 by going to coaching profiles option.

When community goes from pie in the sky recommendations to ok we understand there are going to need to be tradeoffs so we want this first that is when exciting things happen IMO. But obviously everyone doesn't think like I do. LOL

So it will be something I struggle with but i think I am safely in bounds so far.

Obviously there will be some things I just can't talk about or share but my hope is that guys are sharp enough to understand that when it happens and know that I am sharing as much as I can.

Some posts in this thread have let me know that is the case which is dope.

Saw you mentioned player IQ a few posts back. Is that the same as Off/Def Awareness attributes?

I'm hopeful that will influence things like off ball cuts and spacing on O, help defense and reading passing lanes on D. Might be a bit much, but if it doesn't already that would be a nice addition/tweak for the future

Honestly I didn't get to spend a lot of time in mycareer prior to ship. I do know that auto play callling works for the user this year in my career. I will be more active in that area being here for full cycle in 16.

                      So true.

One question czar, do you know if the feature that allow the player to control an offball offensive player work ? I really would enjoy controlling the offball player on theses floppy sets or on theses curl actions rather than always controlling the passer.

(I ask because it wasn't working in 2K13 and 2K14 as you coudn't ask for the ball as an offball player when in position)

One thing I just thought of:

Czar, will your teammates be smart enough to set a pick automatically if you run by them with your defender close by, even if it's not part of the normal freelance action?

Kerr talks a lot about ball movement and triangle principles, and Warrior fans are expecting a little Spurs and a little Phil Jackson given his background. Wonder what you decided to go with given little concrete info to go on.

This is real exciting, Czar. You essentially designing the game you want to play and handing it down to us. I can live with that arrangement.
For the first time we actually scouted summer league. Initially as you said there were lots of thoughts on what he would run.

Obviously there will be some differences because of personnel differences and time he had to implement his stuff.

So we snatched as much as we could from there. We gave them some of the basic triangle stuff they actually ran during summer league which was basically some pinch post action.

Then I just kind of logically expanded out from what we captured to fill out the rest of the play book.

He had a lot of thru and zipper action stuff so If he ran a thru to a fist I also gave him a thru to a post up etc.

The plan was to have an interface to allow me to add new plays post ship but there was a glitch and that didn't make it in.

Had that been the case we would have scouted preseason games to get an even more informed view of what new coaches are running.

There are teams who's freelance will switch between 3-2 and 4-1 in depending on personnel.

So the freelance can be either 3-2, 4-1, or it can be set to default which automatically switches depending on if the 4 man is a perimeter threat or not.

The Warriors are set to default.
