I run into this problem as well.. I play 3 min quarters cause I am more interested in the years developing.. but that also puts me in a hole when it comes to recruiting talet because naturally you score less with shorter quarters and therefore do not get the TD cash bonus. I would just say play 5 min quarters and find a game strategy that works for you lol
