What gets me here is that Melo shot a slightly better from deep than Durant at nearly the same volume. Melo also did most off the dribble because the Knicks offense was all iso last year.

Melo should be up there if Durant is rated so high.
BEcause I said he's not known for this shooting? I never said he can't shoot the three, he's mostly a pass first PG

ALL these back shots of the players makes this pretty pointless. The ratings debate is a lot of talk about nothing. But if their emphasis was on visuals, why do we keep seeing the backs of players? Is that 70% number thrown out as the percentage of the league scanned B.S.? Guess we'll find out.

just give it up man, you're all around wrong on Jose.

he is a three point shooter "like that" and he is known for it.

Why isn't Carmelo Anthony on this list? He is definitely a top 3 point shooter. I just he is getting no love in NBA Live 15.

I live in Ontario, I've seen Jose play a ton of games in Toronto, he's not a Kyle Korver type shooter from three, or Ray Allen type. I never said he couldn't shoot threes

It's funny how EA used that same pic for KD. At least put some effort in and take a pic from another angle.

I disagree there.. Klay looks like a white Ray Lewis .. and Curry looks like Bizarro Curry..

I thought they face scanned these players?

I have to respectfully disagree with you here man...

As a Die hard Mavs fans Jose is a pure spot up 3-pt shooter. In fact that's about all he does because he can't get to the rack or create his own shot.

He's overrated as a pass 1st PG....reason being is because unlike a Steve Nash he can't create shots for others.

He's more of a hockey assist type guy he'll get the pass from someone else who breaks down the defense and kicks it out to him and if he can't get the shot off he'll swing the ball to the next open shooter for the HOCKEY ASSIST.

He made a living off of Kyle Lowry and Monta Ellis types handling the ball and attacking while he spots up for a 3-ball.

Having said all that he's been one of the elite 3-pt shooters in the league over the past decade.

I would rate him high as a spot up 3pt shooter but if you run at him or run him off the line he's not very good creating space for the shot.

Most of those guys rated are pure shooters....they aren't rating guys on volume shooting (Carmelo)

Melo has shot exactly 40% of higher only twice in his career from 3-pt range.
