Don't think you can "move" plays if you're talking about selecting them by formation but you can choose play by type and you select run and it will then have all the different category of runs, and pass etc, that was in the game last year, this year there is all choose plays by concept and it instead of "inside run" you choose "iso" or "trap" and it explains the concept of the play.

So you can select by the kind of plays you want already.
