I play with them both at 3 for user and cpu and I dont have a penalty problem like everyone else... Also I find if you lower your game speed any less than 3 your chance of getting pps is drastically decreased... My biggest issue right now believe it or not is not going on the pk enough, I get 4-6 pps on average a game
