I said the same thing when saw the in game movements, looks like the midget bodies from Live 06 PS2. And the graphics of Live 10, but in the trailer it looked next gen. In game looks like Xbox 360.

Derrick Rose does not look next gen at all....And the player models look almost 100% different than the trailer shown...Even when he showed Kyrie from Live 14 to Live 15, I saw minimal difference, even during that weird crossover animation he was trying to do.

I really need this game to succeed, but with no actual 5 on 5, and consistant 2 min videos, showing nothing. It's continuing to get me more and more worried.

Because even when they do reveal something, it's so thrown together...it just looks horrible in motion.

This is his model in Live 10

5 on 5 gameplay or bust at this point. No more edited videos.....This is getting dumb at this point! EA come one already! Either you have a great game or you don't.....No more "games" Show us the 5 v 5 live actions

It's funny the better the game looks the variety of how posters hate increase lol. From my knowledge only WTF has played the game so if I was sine one curious about the actual gameplay not graphics, crowds or what ever, I'd listen to WTF's take on it, and from reading between the lines of what WTF has been saying is that the game is going to be good.

This video really puts things in perspective....this is why 5 v 5 play is a necessity before release.

I remember when this E11 trailer came out, guys were already sold..saying things like "This game is based on RTP, so I know it's the game for me" etc. and we see how that turned...

They just need to show the total package man,...

If we're grading on expectations of a next gen basketball game, that was not good at all. I'm not even sure what I just saw would be the best basketball game on last gen. Something is just off with the base they have in place and I wish they would finally do a full reboot and start from scratch. Here it is 5 years later and a whole new generation of consoles and they're still chasing the ghost of Live 10. To me Live 10 wasn't even all that great, but they finally had a little spark to build from. Rondo and CP3 faces look like them, but the animations and the way the game looks during 5 on 5 sequences is just not good. If we're honest with ourselves these struggles should be expected. They haven't released a solid video game since PS2 and the original Xbox, excluding Live 10 for some. That's over 10 years ago at this point. I want competition like the next gamer, but this isn't competition or any where close to being competition because this is not a base to build from. I would however appreciate a new NBA Street game with more options and features.

A majority of gamers just won't go for this... i guess we all know that by now form the mass shift to 2K over the years.

To each his own. So, Live better be happy with the tiny marketshare if they want to continue with their signature style.
it shift because of live trying to make crazy changes which lead to them not being on the market, but i honestly think live will never out sell 2k just cause of the generation factor ppl just loyal, plus you got some who would buy both games(i am one of them, been doing it since 2k came out) but i do believe one day live will start getting better game ratings then 2k at some point "if" they stay on the right track!

This game is still in infant stages after all this time. They all most had me hyped with the improved visuals trailer, but after seeing the 15 second clips and now this, I'm just not sold.

well they comparing it to their last game not another companies game, fast break, passing and shooting was a problem form them last year. if you looking for something super exciting then this not the game to be looking at right now

I don't know if that really puts things in perspective though. Cause there were a few people here during that time that saw the smoke from that fire before 23 turned up at Venice and Hard8Times showed the 'return of the king.'

I tried my hardest not to comment on this video, but I am so annoyed that they had the nerve to release such a cop out video, the game is just now ready for prime time and they won't be able to hide that fact for much longer, so EA keep released all these heavely edited videos the only people you are impressing are the ones that still thinks you should have released NBA elite.

Noticed something odd, this may not reflect where they are with the game now.
There is a clip were Duncan blocks Westbrook's shot off the backboard, it's the exact same clip from the visuals trailer that came out over a month ago.
Not sure about the rest but that one part is definitely from an old build.

edit: so is the Westbrook crossover in the beginning.

release is a month away, I dont' expect to see full gameplay yet. I'm sure we will a couple weeks before launch.
