How do the sliders work this year?

I'm hoping for help on this. I set up my sliders for all madden in connected franchise, but when I check the sliders everything is on 50 for both teams. The game is playing on all madden, based on the kick meter speed. But why is everything 50? Am I missing something or are the sliders all 50 for all madden this year? And can I adjust the sliders in Connected Franchise mode or do I have to go back to the home screen?

EA changed the sliders and difficulty last year with M25...you don't have to keep all categories at 75 or below for it to be All-Madden. As for changing them in CFM, I'm not sure...I've slwa changed them in the home screen
