I don't think the xb1 version works at all. The results I'm getting are so far being close it's hard to believe it's not a glitch.

How is it possible that I'm consistently getting no more than 2,300 points of reference at best and look like a sort of mongoloid (not some weird alien like most people it looks KIND of like me if my face was melting) but other people are getting 5,000 pus and look perfect...

This is a ****ing mystery to me as well.

I FINALLY got mine to work properly! Here's my spot on face scan.. I'm shocked how good it came out!

my scan was great....but i dont know what happen...i guess i did not press complete (????) so i immediately went to MyCareer...then made all the ht, position etc. the 2K said that somehow i cant play....then removed the disc insert again...then i was able to play MyC but i have a different face and name!!!???

I HAVE TO RE-DO IT AGAIN!!!??? smh

Any tips on how to get it to actually look like you/like a real person? How many points of reference did you have?

I used the tips from the post here in this thread. Three light sources (1 natural, 2 lamps) in th V formation

I'm about to be upset. Finished with customizing MyPlayer and entered MyCareer...said I can't connect and tried to take me back to the customize thing and my face was gone. Just reset my PS4 praying that my face is saved.

I can't get it to recognize my face to even scan it on XBone. Any thoughts?

I don't even think xb works. Seems like only the ps4 guys are getting results.
