Theirs input lag online but not offline. Online lag is due to player movement and locomotion+ the lag that every online game has. If you're getting this offline then maybe you're not use to player footplanting and momentum, you can't change directions on a dime which is realistic.Comment

Even in the Practice Mode, the delay and non-responsiveness is so there.Comment

I thought i notice input lag during practice mode as well. It's like the more i practice, the more it gets lag as if the system is using resource or something.Comment

It's just poorly simulated momentum and acceleration honestly. It really feels like input lag because they didn't apply these same things to the CPU it feels. They can just immediately run for back door passes while you have to deal with actually accelerating.Comment

Exactly! It's especially evident in MyCareer and MyPark. The CPU moves freely at will without delay, but your player has a delay that is extremely annoying."The Mind is a terrible thing to waste"Comment

What do you mean still? This is the first year I have heard any body say that offline has input lag. For want its worth I noticed zero input lag the game runs has smooth has butter.Comment

Re: Why is there sluggishness/input lag in 2K15?
It seems to me that there is some sort of memory leak going on for at least the PC version. There will be lag after 4 or 5 games and to get rid of it you must shut down the app and then restart it. Once that is done the lag is gone.
*Lag in my post means there is a half-second or so delay from the time I use a stick and I see the movement/shot on screen. This is not the ingame momentum lag - this is lag that is not there for four games and then all a sudden is.Comment

Re: Why is there sluggishness/input lag in 2K15?
You guys are not understanding the issue with input lag. It has nothing to do with realism. The lack of responsiveness online is a server issue. Although most of the a new 2k game is released, there is almost always input lag but this year, it had been the worst. Im hoping this is fixed soonComment

Re: Why is there sluggishness/input lag in 2K15?
I thought it was just me. I've played about 20 online games and when I know for a fact that the guy is going to take a jump shot or try to hit a three, I jump and am usually so late that the ball is at the paramount of its arch. Don't get me started on defense... It still plays terribly. Sometimes I'm just trying to guard my opponent and I end up crossing halfway across the court leaving him wide open. And no, I'm not holding down the button to accelerate or anything. Ugh... So frustrating...Comment
