MY TEAM/MY GM question

Hi All,
I have just started both modes and cannot find the option in the menus under coaching or front office to distribute minutes within the team.Every previous year we have been able to adjust this through sliders in the coaching menu but it seems to be missing.

Also i am playing as the Bucks and wish to deactivate Dudley and make Inglis available on the roster cant see to do this either.

Any help with either question would be greatly appreciated.
