I haven't seen this problem either. I've seen fast RB's but very few good power backs. I know this is just luck of the draw, so not complaining there.

My complaint would be the lack of Strength for the RB and TE position, as someone earlier mentioned. I've run quite a few drafts and have seen one RB with B Strength and absolutely ZERO TE's above a C(most are F).

I can live with it, guess I'll have to. It's still leaps and bounds better than the draft classes from M25.
