Ultimate Team Injured Players never recovering

So the injury mechanic is very weird, this is the first year i am playing fifa and i am not understanding the injury

so when a guy gets injured, it says he a leg, arm, head or whatever injury. THen it says he is out 1,2,3,4 games or whatever. So how come i swap him out because i cant play with the injured player, he never heals up unless i use a heal card. I've had two guys stay injured with 1 game left after 15 games i am playing in single person seasons.

So how do you get these guys to recover without having to use a consumable?

Sounds very wierd, maybe you should contact EA further about this. Never heard of this before honestly..

Are you keeping the injured player in the reserves of your active FUT squad? The only way they recover is if they are in an active 23 man squad when you play a match.

Can you detail how to do that?

So what i am doing is when the guy has a bandaid icon on them, i press the X button (xbox button, square for ps4) to swap player and search and swap him out. How do i add him to reserve? I guess there is another way to replace injured players besides a swap?

Just move him from the starting XI or bench into the reserve section of your active squad.

See buddy , First if he gets injured during the game either the person stops immediately or you are directly into the "Team Management " to substitute him .

Usually it happens due to excess sprinting in ultimate team .

Mostly he will play the next game after the game in which he got injured , if he doesn't , press A ( XBOX ) and swap him with a reserve player .

Don't use fitness , it will waste your money .
