I have to admit, in a week where I got Ice Breaker, I'm really loving Pocket Infinity. Can't wait to level these up.

I need two more rare or higher fusion rifles to complete that part of the bounty, then it's on to the 200 Nightfall kills. That will be a pain I'm sure.

I'm almost to the point that I have two many weapons I want to level up. Shadow Price is my highest weapon when looking at straight damage (288 I believe), but I prefer the Red Hand IX hand cannon. I've also got the Red Death in the primary spot I need to level up more. For special weapons, I love the Ice Breaker, but also want to level the Invective and 77 Wizard more. And now I need to get the Gjallerhorn launcher leveled up. It's hard to switch to that though since the Swarm is so damn powerful.

Yeah, the exotics take forever, even with the weekly boost from the Nightfall.

Yeah, the exotics take forever, even with the weekly boost from the Nightfall.

Only being able to equip two doesn't help. Got to prioritize which one I want leveled up when I'm turning in bounties.

It does take awhile, but you can game it a bit.

Obviously mentioned the nightfall buff, which helps.

Running bounties is a huge help. If you come across a telemetry pack, they really ramp things up.

The other thing is understanding how things gain experience. This has not been confirmed, but I have seen it discussed. Say if you have 7 items that can still be leveled up and you gain 7,000 experience points, I believe it divides that 7,000 equally through out the lot and each item gets 1,000. However, if you have 6 items that are maxed and just the one item (exotic) that needs leveled, it gets all 7,000.

Again, not confirmed, but it has been discussed. Using that method I got my Ice Breaker purchased Friday night to roughly 60% leveled by this morning.

I do take advantage of turning in bounties to level specific items.

So a little bit ago I got my first Exotic Bounty. Had to beat the strike on the moon to unlock it. Now it's telling me that I need to harvest the energies of the Hive on the moon to activate it (says the lingering energies of those I've recently defeated).

Soooo, I'm on the moon and right away (not sure how) but I get 20 of the 500 I need. Been on the moon for 45 mins and not getting any more despite kicking some serious ***

How do I go about getting said energies?? I don't understand

You're killing fallen most likely. Do the Shrine of oryx, play it until you open the door and get rushed, kill all the little guys and then let the rest kill you. Respawn and repeat and you'll be done in no time.

Or on patrols go underground to find more hive spawns.
