If you're looking to update Pittsburgh in light of the coaching change, early on it looks like:
- 2-3 forecheck with 1-3-1 neutral zone using a high forecheck bias would best capture what they're doing.
- Aggressive offensive pressure (at least!) for sure. Defensive zone play doesn't stand out as too extreme either way, so maybe play it safe with Staggered/Normal.
- Closest PP is Umbrella and PK is probably Large Box.
- Johnston stresses puck possession, so unlike Bylsma's teams, the dump/carry bias should favor carry for all lines.
