Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Ha Ho He
October 2015
FC Kรถln 0 - 1 Hertha BSC
Lacazette 20'
Hertha BSC 2 - 0 Eintracht Frankfurt
Haraguchi 26', Schieber 55'
Champions League
Paris Saint-Germain 0 - 2 Hertha BSC
Calhanoglu 9', 64'
Hertha BSC continued their winning run in the Champions League after beating the group favourites PSG at Parc des Princes. The star performer of the game was Hertha's attacking midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu who has been amazing this season for the Berliners. The young midfielder scored in the 9th minute after cutting in the box from the left with a curling shot past Sirigu. PSG attacked a lot but Hertha's defence played a great game and they denied the French team from scoring. The second goal of the game was scored after the hour mark when Calhanoglu curled a free kick from the to the top left corner.
Hannover 96 1 - 3 Hertha BSC
Prib 75'
Lacazette 40', 88', Calhanoglu 58'
DFB Pokal Round of 32
Ingolstadt 1 - 2 Hertha BSC
Leckie 7'
Haraguchi 19', 53'
Hertha BSC 0 - 0 Bayern Mรผnchen
A really awaited game between the two title contenders ended in a goalless draw. For the first time since Ganchev's arrival last season the Berliners were on top of the game. Sadly they still weren't able to beat the Bavarians.
Player of the Month
Hakan Calhanoglu
Hertha BSC's player of October is Hakan Calhanoglu. He has been playing great football for the last few months but Alexandre Lacazette outshined him. Now the attacking midfielder showed clearly his qualities and he had some great moments this past month, including his two goals against PSG.
League Table
1. Hertha BSC, 29 pts

You are finally first after a great month. How do you feel about finally being in first?
I'm delighted and really happy. The guys have been playing really well and it's a pleasure to coach them. I really believe that the worst is behind us in the league and I think we have a really big chance on winning it.
You beat PSG in the Champions League and they are one of the best teams in the competition. Do you think you can win the whole competition?
I don't think PSG are one of the best teams. They have never made it to the semi finals and their team is unbalanced but they are not an easy team to beat. But in this competition everything can happen and to be honest I don't think we will win it. There is a chance and if everything goes our way...
Is it true that you received job offers from Belgium and France?
Yes, it is. To be more specific the job offers were about the national teams but like I have said earlier I have no interest at all in taking a job like that. Hertha is everything for me and I will work only with them. No more questions, i have to go.
Thank you for reading this post! I hope you have enjoyed it! Any feedback or suggestions will be appreciated!

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
I've been looking through these career modes for a few weeks now, and finally got FIFA 15 and an account on this site, so what better way to start a new game than with my traditional Swansea career? I'll probably begin posting updates now and again, maybe once or twice a week, once I get into the swing of things with a couple of online unranked matches. Anyone got any good sliders to suggest though, for someone who finds Pro too easy, and World Class too hard?Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Kind of on the same boat. I've been away because my work productivity has been down in October so far. September was really busy with tons of shoplift activity but so far October has been tough so I'm trying to focus a bit more until it picks up.
I'm also taking a short break from Wimbledon. I think I got a little burnt out trying to get through all the games with the club and Scotland fast. I started playing Assassin's Creed 3 again to beat it now before I get PS4. That way I can get the new AC game as well. I also started a Guadalajara career just because I missed them but not posting it since it will also be my first FIFA '15 career which I plan on posting.
I'm still reading the posts here but haven't been able to post feedback as much lately sorry gents :/Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Stoke City 3-1 Swansea City
Some stats for you
Goals: 3-1
Possession: 39%-61%
Shots: 3-21
Shots on target: 3-15
Corners: 1-7
I really need to put the goalkeeper quality down for the CPU. Begovic made several superb saves, one a 30-yard volley from Routledge, and Ireland cleared a Gomis shot that hit the bar off the line from a corner. Every shot they had, they scored, including a Peter Crouch half-volley from a stupidly acute angle that hit the post on its way in. Selling Fabianski in January for my career after that, no matter what.
Any other suggestions as to what I should do with the sliders?Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Sent to Coventry
Season 1
FIFA 15
Match 17
Sheffield United 2-1 Coventry
Murphy 44
Nouble 45
Cuvelier 59
Your first loss of the season, how does that feel?
It is absolutely gutting. Murphy smashed in after a rare defensive lapse but when Nouble curled in that equaliser I was sure we'd at least leave with a point. It's such a shame, especially when that winning goal was caused by a man on the ground injured. I'm really disappointed with the referee for that, we lost points because of an awful decision.
Match 18
Coventry 2-0 Chesterfield
McQuoid 23
Roberts 44 (PEN)
And the return to status quo.
Yes exactly. McQuoid scored a stunner, curling it in and is seriously giving me a selection headache. I was especially impressed with Roberts. The 17 year old skipped past his man and was bought down in the box. It was like watching Ronaldo, the only way he could be stopped was by a foul. He will be an England international, mark my words. And then to score the penalty, so composed at such a young age. Incredible!
JP Trophy Area Quarter-Final
Yeovil 1-2 Coventry
Nouble 5
Swanson 23
Fernandez 63
And you advance even further into the competition you are dying to win
Yes. That early chip by Nouble was a touch of quality and, I'm not gonna lie, Swanson was the last person I expected to finish that curler from outside the box. The header from the Yeovil lad was disappointing, but we're through so it doesn't mean much.
Match 19
Oldham 1-5 Coventry
Bamford 13
Akpom 15
Forte 23
Akpom 24
Bamford 56
Tudgay 67
Well what can I say other than how do you feel about that result?
Disappointed. We conceded. No, in seriousness it was disappointing to concede but we were incredible. Patrick curled in the opener and I was delighted and then Chuba knocked in on his debut. Chuba responded immediately to that Forte header, showing why we brought him in with that amazing run and finish. Patrick scored again and Tudgay headed in to show how brilliant this side is.
Match 20
Coventry 3-0 Port Vale
Swanson 9
Nouble 18
O'Brien 51
Another great result. You seem to have gotten back on track after that result against Sheffield.
Yes. I am so pleased with this result. Swanson showed great bravery and dedication to block that drop kick and knock it into the back of the net was brilliant. The teamwork that led to Franks incredible finish was amazing. The quick passing followed by the backheel and then the curled into the top corner. And then O'Brien pulled that out the bag. 30 yards I think it was and he curled it past the keeper. Straight off the drills on the training ground, amazing.
Match 21
MK Dons 1-1 Coventry
Grigg 45
Johnson 67
You seem disappointed with this result
Yes I am. I am good friends with Chavez of Wimbledon and his rivalries become mine. When Grigg curled that in, I was shattered and I assume Chavez was as well. Johnson's scrappy finish got us a draw, but I'm not pleased.
League Table
1. Coventry 54
2. Preston 47
3. Barnsley 41
4. Peterborough 39
5. Sheffield United 38
6. Bristol City 35

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Used some other sliders I found on the internet this time, which helped me out a lot.
Computer:
48 Sprint Speed -CPU
48 Acceleration - CPU
48 Goalkeeping Ability - CPU
User:
51 First Touch Control Error - User
49 Pass Error - User
Finally, Nathan Dyer is faster than Shawcross!
Stoke City 1-2 Swansea City
Stats:
Shots: 13-11
Shots on Target: 7-9
Possession: 45%-55%
Corners: 4-0
Heroics from Fabianski this time, with some brilliant saves, and Jefferson Montero was MOTM, scoring two goals and hitting the post another time, similar to Crouch, who once again scored one and hit the post with one more. I'll start my career with these sliders now.Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
If i would put enemy CPU Goalkeeper ability to 48 i would absolutely batter my enemies, There are just alot of weaknesses in the Gameplay of the goalkeepers that you gotta exploit (Chips, Long shots and Near Post usually does the trick), but if this suits more towards your playstyle, i would say go ahead, I would just abuse it way to much, Good luck with your career mode!Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Luton Town 2015-16
Season 2 - League 1
With Luton Town dong so well in the league it has not gone unnoticed by some of the teams in the higher leagues. They have all started looking to what is bringing this side so much success. Most of them are looking towards the players and saying that they are too good for the League 1 team. This is prompting teams to look into trying to tempt the players away, with clubs as big as Manchester Utd and Real Madrid picking not just one but a few players that they think could be the next big stars. Luton Manger Mr Fish has given a solid hands off warning to all teams saying that their players are not for sale. Wether this will be able to keep the big teams from offering big money contracts for the players is still yet to be seen. January could be a struggle for Luton. But before we get to that we have December to get through, here are the results:
December
Capital one Cup Quarter finals
Brighton vs Luton Town
A much easier game than Swansea on paper
SpoilerBrighton 1-4 Luton Town
Calderon 10'
Rooney 44'
Calcutalua 48' 53'
Flores 81'
FA Cup Round one
Northampton 0-3 Luton Town
Mitsuya 51'
Stevenson 80'
Howells 85'
League 1 Game 22
Luton Town 4-1 Oldham
Forte 21'
Calcutalua 30'
Rooney 45' 89'
Flores 84'
League 1 Game 23'
Preston 1-1 Luton Town
Flores 66'
Garner 78'
League 1 Game 24
Swindon 2-1 Luton Town
Mitsuya 8'
Luongo 30'
Waldon 90'
(Simmed)
League 1 Game 25
Luton Town 3-0 Walsall
Onishi 45'
Calcutalua 83' 90'
League 1 Game 26
Luton Town 1-0 Wimbledon
Flores 68'
Chicobass' Wimbledon fought hard and were nearly able to hold Luton to a draw. Unfortunately for them Flores was able to wiggle his way round the defense and slot in from close range. The two managers were later seen in an expensive restaurant and then on to some of the high end bars in Luton.
League 1:
Spoiler1. Luton Town 60pts - 40GD
2. Huddersfield 53pts - 23GD
3. Bradford 49pts - 8GD
4. Notts County 45pts - 16GD
5. Rotherham 45pts - 9GD
6. MK Dons 43pts - 9GD
7. Brentford 42pts - 9GD
...
11. Coventry City 35pts - 4GD
...
24. Wimbledon 17pts - -16GD
Luton Town are still in pole position but there lead has been slightly deceased. I blame this on the game I simmed. Chico's Wimbledon are playing similar to Exeter last season as they can't seem to get out of last place. There decision to sell their main striker was obviously a bad one.

A good month overall where we got most of all of the league points and also progressed into the semi Final of the Capital one Cup and round 2 of the FA Cup. Thanks redsox (May have spelt that wrong) for the advice and anymore is really appreciated.
