Online dynasty user vs user games

I have a dynasty going with my friends and everything runs smooth til I try to play another user. The game loads to the versus screen but won't load past that. I'm the commish and I seem to be the only one having this problem. They all can play each other just fine but I can never play them. It's really frustrating, does anybody know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

It could be a couple of things.

Make sure that you and your opponents are using default uniforms (down to the gloves). If one of you is using an item from a uniform pack and the other doesn't have that pack, this will happen.

If this is 360, then try putting your xbox into a DMZ. This may be an issue with PS3s too (I wouldn't know) and if so I wouldn't know how to fix it, but google will tell you.

I'm almost positive that you don't need to. Just don't select any of the items in it (IE. no helmets, jerseys, pants, or gloves).

If you spam click A through the "transferring progress" part, it will get through. Not every time, but most of the time.
We just had to do this last night!!!
