This was an average scan on PS4. If I remember correctly there were 3,400 some odd reference points. Granted, the pic of me is a lower angle, I think it's pretty close. My face is just too full in the game lol, mostly in the lower pic

If I could get mine anywhere in the neighborhood of that I would be satisfied!?!

How much more accurate was the scan over-the Xbox1 version?

10X's better and easier. The One face scan is broken. Nothing on the One truly looked like me and it was so damn inconsistent. Messing around with different lighting on the PS4 and I'm constantly getting 7500-10000 reference points and they all look like me.

I just can't get my face color to match the body color. It's always way off.

My biggest problem with this feature is the weird doubling of the eyes, nose and lips. I saw someone saying that putting your chin up solves the problem but it doesn't seem to help. Anyone know what the problem is?

Care to share any tips? Most I can get is a little over 5000.

I didn't put my whole head in the square. Mid forehead down to middle of my chin. Used plenty of light, 3 table lamps with my head slightly tilted upwards and that's pretty much it

WOW I am on ps4 and the most I have gotten was about 6500 and like 90% of the time I get between 2300-3000 and even the 6500 one looked nothing like me.

no offense to you but that is some str8 BS!! I have been trying everything with the xb1 and the most rp ive got was around 2100. It shouldnt be like this for xbox users.We got advertised the same feature and paid the same price.

IMO the Xbone version is broken. I tried for over a week daily and the success rate was 0%. I used the exact same setup with the PS4 camera and it was amazing.

The reference point range on Xbone was so inconsistent it's not even funny. I say wait and see if they come out with some type of fix in the near future.

Once I realized how easy it was on the PS4 I started adjusting my lighting to see what type of scans I would get and most worked with high success.

I know at one point I was getting like 5000-6000 points, but it still looked nothing like me. also the Kinect is supposed to be more advanced than the ps4 camera. I wonder did 2k really test the xbox 1 version.


double mouth, double nose, double eyes. I bought this game last week and still have only played a total of 2 games. so many games coming out I know I won't comeback till issues are fixed, but by that time I probably won't look back either.


there's like 4 or 5 games coming out, heck I might give live a try, why not?

Finally!!! I was able to get a good scan where my face wasn't brighter than the rest of my body.
