I have decided to raise the CPU QBA to 3. You still see some off-target throws, but I am seeing better variety depending on the skill of the QB and I haven't seen Robo QB set in.

I have also updated the special teams sliders....thanks again to SECElit3's set....

Changes are on the OP.
