If you are still running all over the cpu turn holding down from 100. At 100 it means the linemen will sustain their blocks longer leaving huge holes. That was my issue even with run blocking at 0 i was running for 8 yards a carry through 4 games until i read a thread about penalties. I lowered to about 75. You won't see any holding calls but I didn't see any at 100 either however it helped with cpu running d. The d line and lb will shead blockers faster the lower it is. Hope this helps.
