You're the exception Matt. I don't think everyone has the patience messing with sliders for months. If I had this one on PS4 it would be already on the shelf collecting dust. Fortunately modding and database editing saved this one on PC. I really admire though your persistence and patience to deliver through constant slider edits a playable game for console owners.

It really has been a grind, but someone's gotta do it. I'm glad you provided the PC folk of the options they have.

I think in the past, I would go that route as well, but since I started my youtube channel and the interest peaked on a "sim" mentality - I had to find a way to make the approach more universal. This is why I can't really provide too much on PES except for the PC folks.

Well said Matt10.
Its year after year, no matter its Fifa or PES. People love and get crazy about the game in the first days, then start to forget the good things and only notice the bad ones, until it gets too big to ignore.
I said it before, and I keep my mind about it, I love this game out of the box. Been having a hell of a time playing MM, but I know I´m on the minority here. I understand part of the criticism but I think it´s starting to make this game look horrible, wich is not.

Same will happen with PES, and quite frankly, this type of negative influence is really bad for players. Important for bug reporting yes, but bad in the long run while we should be enjoying this for what it is.

Ea there is just one thing, why can't you make my ai teammates play like how the cpu plays? I mean good lord 1v11 is not fair, so I have one thing to say f*ck you ea you greedy bastards

That seems to be a common problem to solve. Since ever both Fifa and PES still haven´t done a proper player career mode.

I don't know what happened but I changed Ronaldo's boots, and then he comes out every game with short sleeves, and even when I go on the edit a player he has full sleeves on it, I tried puttin short sleeves to see if the game would do the opposite when playing but it didn't. I went back to the original shoes he wore before I edit'd but still short sleeves.

Damn, anyone know a solution to this?

One of the longest serving legacy bugs. Edit anything about a player's equipment and he loses winter gear, base layers, long sleeves for rain and snow games, etc...

On this note, has anyone seen any youth squad players wearing non-generic boots? I recently signed my first two and they had the generic black and white boots. I didn't want to edit them due to the stupid edit glitch, but I was wondering if this was a coincidence or if anyone else has encountered this?

Ive actually had youth prospects wearing boots that arent available standard, and aren't in the eas catalog to buy either. Two adiZero boots that I think just released recently.

Why are the goalies dumb? If the ball is not going in between the posts, they dont ever pick it up. For example. If they cross it, shank it, or it gets deflected, and the ball is slowly going out of bounds they never pick it up and just let it go out of bounds. sometimes I can understand this. But NEVER when it goes out for a corner kick. You have all the time in the world to get the ball, why would you let it go out for a corner?

I'll jump in

How about when you dispossess the cpu, but they block your player from running on to the ball just long enough for another cpu teammate to pick up the loose ball.

Or! Through balls, that would leave you in a great position, having just enough pace to go wide and out of bounds.

Both things sure to happen most games. Lazy lazy balancing, EA.

@Matt10, I think we all like to talk about the same bad things because they've been in fifa year after year, and everyone is sure to have been frustrated by the same things year after year.

So I just played 6 straight games where I gave up a goal in the 1st 15 minutes on WC. Give up a goal, start a new game. Repeat. I'd try park the bus, I'd try all attack. Didn't matter. I might change my mind and give PES a shoot now

I don't have that problem and I play in the same mode. Are you saying that somehow because you can't play the game without giving up a goal in the first 15 minutes, that somehow the game is not good?

I don't see many of these things on Professional. World Class however is a joke.

Enjoying the game still though, the football is generally very enjoyable.

Man the whole adaptive difficulty in CM makes me play on professional exclusively. Can't deal with razor sharp CPU on the levels above
