MT frozen away

I put up some bids on a few players last night before getting off, in total about 15k MT worth.

Now I cant claim it back from the auction house, its just showing up as a lost bid. However, when I press X to claim my MT back, it shows the online loading icon at the bottom right for a split second, but then it goes away and my MT never gets refunded...

Anyone else had this happen to them?

Same issue, just happened after they introduced the new SF packs. The items I won I have to send to auction then from auction to my collection.

Yea, I got those sorted by trying that right off the bat, but I can't seem to find a fix for the MT bids that I was outbid on.

I am having the same problem... I have three bids that I was outbid on today, auctions ended but I cannot claim my MT. I just put something up for sale... curious if I won't be able to claim that MT either.

Fortunately, I don't have much tied up out there, but hopefully it gets fixed and I can get this back. Until then, I'm done bidding/selling.

Same happened to me on the PC as well, luckily it was only 2 1k bids on bronzes. Yeah, I would recommend everyone to stop selling/bidding for the rest of the day and see if it is fixed by tomorrow morning.

I am having the same problem... I have three bids that I was outbid on today, auctions ended but I cannot claim my MT. I just put something up for sale... curious if I won't be able to claim that MT either.

I've noticed one thing, if the auction ends and you got outbid, then you cannot reclaim your MT. However, if you are outbid mid auction and its still going, you can reclaim it.

When you sell stuff, it works fine. The only bug seems to be reclaiming MT after you got outbid on an auction that ended.

Unfortunately for me, I now have like 40k MT locked up up from the original 15k.

They have fixed the dupe glitch but broke the system in the process

Same issue! Bid on some Onyx Lewis and got into a match and when I checked I got outbid on all of them and I have something like 120k tied up! Has anyone sent out a message to 2K support?

Please let us know when they respond Asov. I too have the problem. I am not very good, so I only have 3k mt tied up, but it is just as frustrating!!!
