Best team to play on in MyCAREER

I'm coming up to FA, and I'll most likely be signing for a new team since the Hornets suck.

Who's the best team to play for? I heard the Lakers are good with Kobe and Swaggy P, but I'm a Celtics fan so I'm not playing for them

If you're going in free agency, I've heard the Rockets, Knicks, Lakers, Mavs are good places to go.

Be careful in FA. 2k thought it was a great idea not to include the rosters of the teams you're looking at. They also had the bright idea of not showing a playoff tree and who won the championship.

I chose the bulls with my SG to help them win a chip and guess what happened? They won the chip the year before, I had no idea. You could imagine the look on my face when Adam silver was handing d rose his ring. I left and went to toronto.

Kobe left Lakers and went to Miami, Dwight went back to the lakers. Please 2k patch in the rosters of the teams in FA.

I also heard the Thunder are a really good team. If I'm a PG and sign for them, will Westbrook be moved to SG in the starting lineup, or put on the bench? I hope the former.

I'm a pg in my second year and play on the Heat.

Not a bad place to play except I don't like when the coach moves me to sg while DWade gets a rest. I hate playing off the ball and allowing Napier/Cole/Chalmers to make decisions. Good thing about them though is that they are aggressive and will look to shoot so that helps.

But if you don't mind occasionally playing the 2, Heat is a good place. Wade and Bosh play to their potential consistently, and DWade plays solid defense, unlike Harden who I played with in my rookie year.

Plus, getting out on the break and lobbing to Wade is soooo fun. And they still run the pace and space (4 out, 1 in) offense so you get room to operate offensively and plenty of pick and rolls in the set plays, and also freelance. I pretty much don't have to call any plays unless I want to specifically do something, and yes, I play with play calling on.

I am in my second season, a PG 80 rated. I left the Mavericks to join the Trailblazers. This is my 2nd MyCareer, the first one I borrowed a cam and put my face in but that MyCareer deleted somehow. In my opinion, make sure, regardless of the position you play, pick a team that 2K will actually make play as a team and not just keep passing to you. I understand that MyCareer is supposed to help the user feel like a pro etc, but its bs. So, don't pick a bottom feeder or your teammates will watch you on defense and pass it to you/back to you on offense and not even take open baskets.

That's the problem I'm having with the Jazz. I've worked my way into the starting line up, but these cats are dropping games to the damn Lakers and Nuggets. I've got teammates that miss wide open shots, like to plant themselves, and offer little help on D. It also doesn't help when the opponents seemingly hit tough shots on a regular basis. The game feels completely different in this mode.

I think I am on a very good team! I play PG 6'4 for the Houstan Rockets! Im on my last game in the 10 Day contract so check it out if think I have found a good team to play on in my rookie year

Knicks are pretty good for me actually as a point guard. Signed with them after taking the Hawks to the 2nd round in my first year. The scoring is a plenty with the Knicks, they just have really bad interior defense...it's bad when my guy is the 2nd leading shot blocker on my team. I only hate that half my team like to create their own shots so my assist numbers are way down from my rookie year. Melo, Hardaway, Shumpert, Evan Turner (signed in FA) Stoudamire, Smith all like to create their own shots even on fast breaks lol

I'm a huge Boston Celtics fan too! But I would say that you should join the Knicks!
