    trils-big fundamentals slider set

    these are designed to be used on pro or all-star. also designed for a more fundamentally challenging game and manual input. (I hate cpu assist)
    if you want a more free flowing game just lower the layup and jumpshot contest sliders. that is what dictates spacing and less bumping.

    these sliders will have teams play to their strengths, you really have to know your rosters strengths and weaknesses.
    the pace of these sliders will allow plays to develop properly and at a more organic pace.

    the speed/quickness/handle setting work well together. quicker players with good handle will create space for mid range jumpers. c/pfs with slow feed back and low handle skills will get stripped or chased down if handling the ball on fast breaks.
    Fast breaks really develop organically with these sliders. you allso have to fundamentally know how a fast break is run. you will get alot of pretty 3 on2 4 on 1 fast breaks. but thats determined on teh roster. trust me you'll see nice seperation with the speed of players.

    post play is tougher, strength matters.

    any feedback would be appreciated.

    Difficulty - Pro or allstar
    Game Style - Custom
    Quarter Length - user preference (I have a myleague at 6 and mygm at 12 Minutes)

    Shooting Type - shot stick (user timing)
    Free Throw Type - shot stick (user timing)
    Game Speed - 62 (changed from 65)
    Free Throw Difficulty - 65 ,with these you have to focus (user preference)

    Vertical - 25 (may lower to zero)
    Strength - 25/50 ( i have user at 25 because it makes backing down/scoring from the post in the paint tougher)

    Ball Handling - 35 ( those with handle stand out more, big men have to play like big men or theyll get stripped)
    Hands - 50
    Dunking Ability - 35 (limits games becoming dunk fests, players with dunking abilities stands out more)

    Blocking - 25/50
    Offensive Awareness - 50
    Defensive Awareness - 50
    Offensive Rebounding - 1 rebounds are based off the median amount of rebounds in an nba game it averages to around 7 defensive rebounds for 1 offensive, it works)

    Offensive Consistency - 50
    Defensive Consistency - 50
    Fatigue Rate - 57 ( have to manage roster during gameplay, if managed properly players with good stamina will average around 38-40 minutes)

        Having a tough time scoring... both cpu and human scores are too low. Other than that much better pace.

        Playing 10 min quarter all star level.

            Minor adjustments on my behalf (stamina,fatigue rate)

            Going to play against the Clippers, as Goldenstate.

              Player speed and quickness at 0? Tried them and changed that right away. The players looked and felt like they were covered in honey. Movements way too slow. Upped it to about 45 quickness and had okay results. May continue to tweak and develop my own set, but thanks for the base.

                I actually like speed and quickness at 0. It works
                Anyway here are my results. CPU controlled team on the left.
                Quarter by quarter, then full stats. I accidentally played the majority of the first quarter on superstar. They were making every shot lol. Dropped it to pro and it was still challenging. I only came back in the 4th quarter because Klay caught fire

                  Rell in looking at those stats, they are actually really good.

                  Not sure based off looking at a box score, but what's promising is there might actually be a mid-range game from the CPU in there (despite the high PIP).

                  CPU scored 24. But I'd be more inclined to ask you was the CPU taking the mid based off tendency or to keep from an empty possession (turnovers were low)? Granted they hit 12 mid shots according to your box score but how many did they take in essence that were reb by GSW? Doesn't seem like you got killed with dunks and fast break scores were pretty decent also. So it appears they actually looked to take them. Am I right?

                    if you want more scoring I say raise the contact shot success for both user and cpu teams to 45. 45 is the default sim settings.
                    your assists numbers may go up though pending on your play style.

                    I personally like it at 40. reason being is because I want scoring to be a challenge. I want it to because of an all around well played game on my teams part.
                    I dont want scoring 105+ points to be a given.
                    In addition, In the GM mode if you use the practice focus. say you focus on inside scoring, youll see better in game efficiency in that area..

                    I also believe once the lack of fouls are fixed scoring will also increase significantly. I wouldn't be surprised if teams start averaging 7+ more points at the line from what they are averaging now(based on lack of freethrow attempts) . that just shows how much the fouls in this game are screwed up now

                        Love the sliders. Only change I made was I reduced speed to 58. This got rid of some of the fast animations. I will be starting my mygm mode with these. Nice work

                          I've tried every slider set on this forum and these by far gives me the best experience. I haven't had this much fun playing the cpu in a very long time. The quickness & speed @ 0 really changed the game!

                          These sliders on ALLSTAR with Sim World roster/MyLeague settings, Armor & Sword foul settings, Real fg/ft % = greatness!!

                          - EVERY GAME FEELS DIFFERENT!!! There will be blowouts, close games and some low scoring games as well as high scoring games!!
                          - play calling and offensive flow feel so natural and rewarding
                          - transition game really stand out. Running the break is so beautiful
                          - Player movement is natural and crossovers have that explosiveness
                          - Every bucket is earned and there is little to no scripted 3rd qtr cheese. You have to make adjustments!
                          - Rebounding and second chance points aren't the cpu only way to stay in the game with this set. Strong rebounding teams will standout vise versa
                          - GAME STATS ARE ON POINT!!
                          - I love that games are not dunk fests, with low dunk ability and attempt dunks, the dunk animations are so realistic.
                          - CPU PIP didn't seem to be an issue at all

                          I really love this set, please try these in MyLeague. 5 game's and i guarantee they all feel unique.
