Does the digital deluxe version on PS4 come with the season pass or would I have to pay for that as well?

Digital Deluxe comes with the pass. That's why it's $80 instead of $60.

So I'm confused. Are the players that are playable open for anyone to use in exhibition and universe mode or is it solely for the showcase mode?

Yeah. Some people (including myself) have preordered it and it lists it after you complete the preorder. Not sure why it isn't listed on the PSN page, but it's pack of the digital deluxe package.

That makes two of us. I wasn't going to get the season pass because I likely won't play the showcase mode, but if you can USE these wrestlers in exhibition, universe mode, etc. I'll certainly get it.

What time does it unlock when you buy it digitally? Some places I've been hearing 3 am est and in other places I've heard 12 am est.

I went onto the PSN today and it said 12 a.m. EST on the description.

I think I'll still go for the digital - it is better value overall, plus you get Hogan who I will use. I just hope I can pre order it and get Sting as well.

I had mine Pre-ordered at Gamestop for the One up till earlier this week. I went to change it to the digital deluxe package and they didn't have that Sku for the One, think they only had it for the PS4. I cancelled there and got Xbox Live credits and Pre-ordered a couple days ago with Hogan and Sting on the Digital Deluxe..the other DLC that comes with it also downloaded.

I think preloads usually start around noon or 1:00 Eastern time. The only game I've preloaded recently was NBA2K and it started around then. From reading around, it seems to be around that early afternoon timeframe.
