Is anyone aware of this game? I'm tempted to buy it as I am in the market for a new basketball text sim. I've been disappointed with the DDS series and Fast Break Pro Basketball 3 has been underwhelming (FBCB is my go to basketball sim at the moment) and I am still waiting for an update that was planned a year ago...
Anyways, The features in this game are too good to be true and I am sure this game will probably disappoint me as well.

Sounds Like Football Manager for Basketball...
...But I doubt it's as good (bugs, stats, etc) the few reviews seems to point in that direction but the reviews lack any details so I take the comments with a grain of salt.
Anyways, The features in this game are too good to be true and I am sure this game will probably disappoint me as well.

In Basketball Pro Management 2015 you will take control of your own basketball team! It's your job to take it to the top of the rankings by managing a wide variety of parameters including the composition of your starting five, training, transfers, objectives and, of course, finances!
Many tactical choices that affect each game are possible, with detail that will please the shrewdest of tacticians. You can even create your own game systems, and for the novice coaches, be able to let your playmaker decide on part of the tactics to be adopted, will also be at ease.
You can replay the games in 2D or in 3D to refine your strategy during and after the games. Thanks to the database editor, players are even allowed to custom their game and add new players.

They will manage and do better recruitment knowing whether they should rather recruit stars players or substitutes.
On the User side, recruiting system gains depth with complete dissociation of the North American system.
For a game in North American League, recruitment will be only via trades / contracts to free players. The concepts of salary cap and luxury tax are fully implemented and recruitment could quickly become a challenging puzzle. To avoid ruining the team, player must learn to choose the right exception for each player to keep healthy finances with the best possible workforce. The amounts at which a player can sign depend on seniority in the league, his old contract etc. Each exception has its limits of use (some are only used once a year, others only if the player has more than 3 years of service etc.) but also its salary or time limits.
